Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain SAP systems using various tools, ensuring their smooth functioning.
- Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems, acting as a software detective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide dynamic services and solve complex issues.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP monitoring and tools, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules and experience in SAP Basis.
- Solid understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in incident management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
