SAP Module Lead - Project System

Responsibilities:

• Review Functional and Technical Specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Review results of Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system behavior.
• Perform self-testing and integration testing to ensure solution quality.
• Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in the sign-off process.
• Responsible for production migration of multiple projects and enhancements.
• Coordinate activities simultaneously across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification:
• Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), MBA, CA, or ICWA from a reputed institute.
• Preferred Qualification:
• SAP Certification in ECC or HANA, particularly in SAP Project System (PS) module.

Functional Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).
• Understanding of integration aspects with other SAP modules such as:
• MM (Materials Management)
• SD (Sales and Distribution)
• PM (Plant Maintenance)
• QM (Quality Management)
• PP (Production Planning)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and systems.

Technical Skills:

• Strong configuration knowledge of:
• WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Network activities
• Milestones
• Cost planning and budgeting
• Material requirement planning (MRP)
• Project quotations
• Time sheets and goods issues
• Other SAP PS project management functionalities
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum total experience: 10+ years.
• Relevant experience: Strong background specifically in the SAP PS module.
