Job Summary
- An SAP S/4HANA PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Lead manages the design, implementation, and support of PTP processes in S/4HANA, focusing on procurement, accounts payable, invoicing, and master data, while collaborating cross-functionally, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business goals and system integration (MM, FI-CO, SD).
- Key responsibilities include leading workshops, creating functional designs, managing enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing testing and deployment for both new implementations and support. Key Responsibilities Functional Expertise: Provide deep functional knowledge in SAP MM (Materials Management), FI-AP (Financial Accounting - Accounts Payable), LIV (Logistics Invoice Verification), and supplier management. Solution Design Governance:
- Lead the design, deployment, and governance of global SAP S/4HANA PTP processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs. Project Leadership: Lead implementation/support teams, manage project timelines, and facilitate communication with business SMEs, developers, and vendors. Process Optimization: Identify gaps, gather requirements, and drive continuous improvement in PTP processes (PR, PO, GR, invoice processing).
- Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration with other modules (OTC, ITD, RTR, MTE, MDG) and provide production support for issue resolution. Master Data Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of organizational structures and master data. Testing Deployment:
- Lead testing cycles (unit, integration) and manage the development lifecycle for new functionalities. Key Skills Qualifications Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA PTP/MM/FI-AP configuration and customization.
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools (Ariba, Coupa, Esker) is a plus. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with SAP Solution Manager and SDLC methodologies.
