About the Role:

We are seeking a SAP MM / Procurement Functional Consultant to support our S/4HANA procurement transformation initiative. The consultant will analyze existing ECC procurement reports, define functional requirements for S/4HANA, and ensure accurate and efficient reporting while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Review ECC procurement and trade reports and determine rebuild requirements in S/4HANA.

Analyze S/4HANA procurement tables and CDS views (EKPO, EKKO, MSEG/MKPF replacements, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Vendor master, Pricing conditions, GR/IR).

Develop functional specifications for procurement reporting, including:

Procurement spend

PO/PR tracking

Vendor debit

Supplier performance

Goods receipts / invoice receipts

GR/IR reconciliation

Identify required data attributes for procurement reporting in the Global Data Lake (GDL).

Conduct unit testing for procurement processes and support SIT/UAT.

Validate downstream reporting in BI/Qlik based on S/4HANA procurement data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FICO + Procurement) on processes impacting GR/IR, Invoice Verification, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.

Support migration activities for Singapore and Mexico procurement scenarios.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in SAP MM / Procurement modules and S/4HANA reporting.

Experience in functional specification creation, reporting rebuilds, and testing.

Knowledge of PO/PR tracking, GR/IR reconciliation, invoice verification, and P2P cycles.

Hands-on experience with BI/Qlik reporting based on S/4HANA data.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Flexible to work US overlap hours as needed.
