Job Description:
- Analyze and model endtoend materials management processes using SAP Process Modelling Suite tools such as Signavio ARIS and Visio Collaborate with stakeholders to document and improve SAP MM workflows ensuring alignment with organizational goals Support the design enhancement and integration of SAP MM process models within the enterprise landscape Ensure process models comply with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements Prepare detailed process documentation and training materials for knowledge sharing and user enablement Provide insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement based on industry best practices Assist in aligning SAP MM processes with broader SAP modules and enterprise systems for seamless operation
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users technical consultants and project managers to gather and validate requirements for SAP MM process modeling Facilitate workshops and training sessions to communicate process changes and promote adoption of SAP MM solutions Support materials management activities including procurement inventory control and vendor management within SAP MM Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM process execution and system integration Monitor process performance metrics identify gaps and recommend enhancements Collaborate with global and crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency and compliance in SAP MM processes Provide timely status updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders Participate in testing activities including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to validate process models Support postimplementation activities by providing ongoing process support and continuous improvement recommendations
