Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support, resolving production issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of SAP MM modules across business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP MM module, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Manage and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes covering purchasing, inventory management, and vendor management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.
- Configure and maintain purchasing documents, release strategies, and pricing procedures in SAP MM.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, and other modules) for seamless integration and business continuity.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities (UAT, regression testing).
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
- Strong expertise in:
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Vendor Master Data Management
- Hands-on experience in AMS support environments (L2/L3 support).
- Experience in integration with SAP FI and SAP SD modules.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good to Have- Experience in S/4HANA environment
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
- Certification in SAP MM
