Must-Have
- 5+ years hands on experience in designing and implementing MDM / RDM solutions to manage and optimize reference data
- Experience with MDM/RDM tools such as Informatica IDMC / R360 or similar.
- Must have expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, data quality, and data management principles
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Lead data governance initiatives and establish data stewardship practices.
Good-to-Have
- Proficiency in various data management platforms
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to data management
- Experience in retail industry
- Experience in agile/scrum methodology to manage development work.
- Certification in MDM/RDM or related fields.
