Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
SAP MDG Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Governance, solution design, and end-to-end implementation. The candidate will work closely with Business, IT, and vendor teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable MDG solutions aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Design, configure, and manage SAP MDG data models (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance).
- Develop and enhance Change Request (CR) workflows, validations, and derivations using BRFplus.
- Configure and implement Data Replication Framework (DRF) and system integrations (IDoc/ALE).
- Implement Data Quality Management (DQM) solutions.
- Perform system customizing, enhancements (BADI/User Exits), and coordinate ABAP developments.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery following SDLC requirement gathering, configuration, development, unit testing, UAT coordination, cutover, go-live, and documentation.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for SAP MDG solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG (MDG-M / MDG-S / MDG-C / MDG-F).
- Experience with CR workflows, BRFplus (validation & derivation rules).
- Expertise in MDG configuration and data model enhancements.
- Knowledge of ABAP (enhancements, BADIs).
- Experience with DRF, IDoc, and integration with S/4HANA or ECC.
- Experience in Data Quality Management (DQM).
- At least 12 full lifecycle SAP MDG implementations.
