SAP MDG Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support SAP MDG applications, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Utilize ABAP, SAP FIORI, ODATA services, CDS views, and AMDP for application development.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and implement best practices in SAP HANA and FIORI environments.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA MDG Technical.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP Development.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Application Development.
• Knowledge of ODATA services, CDS views, and AMDP.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP HANA database and its optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Experience in working with cross functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP MDG development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
