Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Application Support Engineer with expertise in SAP MDG to manage and support critical enterprise applications. This role involves deep technical troubleshooting, stakeholder advisory, and ensuring seamless business operations through robust application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure data governance standards and data quality
- Support system integration and data management processes
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
- Continuously improve support processes and system efficiency
Must Have Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP MDG
- Experience in application support (L2/L3)
- Knowledge of data integration and data governance processes
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Full-time 15 years of education (mandatory)
