Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Developer to support and enhance Master Data Governance processes for our textile manufacturing operations. The role involves MDG configuration, data modeling, workflow development, and integration with ECC/S4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance SAP MDG for Material, Vendor, Customer, and BOM master data.
- Build data models, UI models, validations, BRF+ rules, and workflows.
- Integrate MDG with S/4HANA/ECC and third-party systems (PLM, MES, QC).
- Ensure data quality, governance, and accurate BOM handling for textile processes.
- Develop interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData) and work with ABAP teams.
- Support L2/L3 issues, documentation, and user training.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of SAP MDG development experience.
- Strong in MDG Data Modeling, UI/FPM, BRF+, Workflow, DRF.
- Good ABAP knowledge (OO ABAP preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing or textile-related master data (materials, BOMs).
- Ability to convert business requirements into effective MDG solutions.
Preferred
- Experience in textile/garment industry data.
- Familiarity with PLM, MES, QC systems.
- Knowledge of BODS/LSMW/Migration Cockpit.
- Exposure to MM/PP/SD modules.
