Position Summary
Kubota is seeking a seasoned SAP MDG Consultant to lead and support Master Data Governance initiatives within the S/4HANA landscape. The role involves hands-on configuration, process standardization, and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality master data across domains such as Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MDG solution design and implementation for master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance)
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration tasks.
- Configure MDG components including Data Models, UI, BRFs+, and Workflow enhancements
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and workflow analyses to gather requirements.
- Support Show & Tell sessions, data preparation, initial loads, and defect resolution
- Prepare and execute test scenarios (UT, SIT), support UAT, and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align E2E data governance processes.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements
- Create training materials and assist with user training and adoption.
- Participate in go-live and post-go-live support activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 68 years of hands-on SAP MDG experience, including ECC and S/4HANA
- At least one full-cycle S/4HANA MDG implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP MDG architecture and integration points.
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver, BRFs+, and ABAP debugging is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in data governance metrics and quality frameworks.
- Familiarity with SAP FI-CO, Ariba, and other related modules is advantageous
- Certification in SAP MDG or related SAP modules.
