We are looking for an experienced
SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with a strong
consulting and advisory mindset to support enterprise data governance and master data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to define governance frameworks, improve data quality, and recommend SAP MDG-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders and data owners to understand master data governance requirements.
- Provide consulting and advisory support on SAP MDG solutions and enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with business teams.
- Define and implement master data governance processes, workflows, and data quality standards.
- Advise stakeholders on data governance policies, data stewardship models, and data lifecycle management.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, focusing on master data harmonization and governance.
- Collaborate with functional teams, data architects, and technical teams to design scalable master data solutions.
- Drive process improvements and governance best practices for master data domains such as Business Partner, Material, Customer, or Vendor.
- Provide thought leadership and recommendations to enhance master data quality, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Experience with master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, or Material.
- Hands-on experience in data governance frameworks and master data management processes.
- Experience in business requirement analysis, workshops, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data stewardship, and governance models.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
