Job Description

Possess a solid understanding of the SAP MDG technical framework, including BADI, BAPI/RFC/FM, Workflows, BRF+, Enterprise Services, IDoc, Floorplan Manager (FPM), WebDynPro, Fiori, MDG API framework, AMDP, CDS, and BOPF.
Work with REST API, SOAP API, ODATA, SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework), and in-app extensibility tools.
Have in-depth knowledge of SAP data dictionary objects (tables, views, relationships) and data architecture in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Implement SAP MDG solutions in key master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, Material, and Business Partners.
Configure and enhance MDG Central Governance, Consolidation, and Mass Processing capabilities.
Design and develop MDG data models, BRF+ business rules, custom workflows, and UI configurations using FPM and Fiori.
Integrate MDG using SOA services, IDocs, and MDG Data Replication Framework for real-time and batch communication.
Evaluate and improve existing master data landscapes, propose and implement future-state architecture for enterprise-wide data governance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with data governance frameworks and MDM principles.
Prepare technical documentation and lead stakeholder discussions on solution design and implementation.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
10+ years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP MDG architecture and implementation.
Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP MDG implementations across industries.
Deep knowledge of Central Governance, Consolidation, and Mass Processing within SAP MDG.
Expertise in MDG data modeling, BRF+ rules, workflows, FPM, and UI configuration.
Strong integration skills using SOA services, IDocs, and MDG Data Replication Framework.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and MDG on S/4HANA.
Clear understanding of data governance, master data strategy, and best practices in MDM.
Ability to assess current master data systems and design enterprise-grade MDM architectures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
