Job Description: SAP MM Consultant (S/4HANA Public Cloud)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP MM Consultant with 4–5 years of experience, including hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting procurement and inventory management processes in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Configure and maintain MM modules including:
• Procurement (P2P cycle)
• Inventory Management
• Valuation & Account Determination
• Purchase Orders, RFQs, Contracts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and Agile project delivery in Public Cloud implementations.
• Perform system testing (Unit Testing / UAT support) and ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide production support and resolve business issues within SLAs.
• Integrate MM processes with other modules such as SD, FI, and WM/EWM.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Support data migration activities using tools like Migration Cockpit (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with SAP Public Cloud best practices and standard processes.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in SAP MM module.
• At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of:
• Procurement lifecycle (PR → PO → GR → Invoice)
• Inventory Management processes
• Master Data (Material Master, Vendor Master)
• Experience in Fiori Apps usage and configuration.
• Knowledge of Business Process Configuration (CBC) or SSCUI (Self-Service Configuration UI).
• Exposure to integration with FI (accounts payable).
• Understanding of Public Cloud constraints and standardization approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of Ariba integration or source-to-pay processes.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (nice to have).
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA MM / Sourcing & Procurement (preferred).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
