Sap Materials Management Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with 5–9years of hands-on experience in SAP MM implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, material master data, vendor management, and integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, WM/EWM, FI, and QM.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP MM processes including:
• Procurement
• Purchase Requisitions (PR)
• Purchase Orders (PO)
• Contracts and Scheduling Agreements
• RFQ and Quotations
• Inventory Management
• Invoice Verification
• Handle end-to-end implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Work closely with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training sessions.
• Support issue resolution and production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform master data management activities for materials, vendors, and purchasing information records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams involving SAP FI, SD, PP, QM, and WM/EWM modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and business process procedures.
