We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Materials Management solutions that optimize procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. The SAP MM Consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain processes and in-depth expertise in SAP MM functionalities.
- Implement and configure SAP MM modules, including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, invoice verification, and vendor management.
- Customize SAP MM settings based on business requirements.
- Support SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and new module implementations.
- Gather and analyze requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Translate business processes into SAP MM system configurations.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, WM, and FI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Support data migration and system integration testing.
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP MM users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Train end-users and prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Assist in developing standard and custom reports for purchasing, inventory, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and provide data/reporting as required.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA MM features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Propose and implement innovations in materials management and supply chain processes.
- Participate in digital transformation and automation initiatives.
