SAP Manager

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day SAP operations, supporting business users, resolving critical issues, managing SAP integrations, and coordinating with SAP consultants and implementation partners.

The candidate should also have knowledge and exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP systems and should be able to support the company in future ERP upgrade or implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day - to - Day SAP Support

• Manage day-to-day SAP Business One operations.
• Support Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales,
• and Management teams.
• Resolve critical SAP and business process issues.
• Support month-end and year-end activities.
• Manage user access, authorizations, approval procedures, and master data.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors for issue resolution and system
• improvements.
• Monitor and resolve SAP integration and data synchronization issues.

2. Manufacturing & Business Process Support

The candidate should have a good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing

processes, including:

• Production Planning.
• Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Production Orders.
• Raw Material Consumption.
• Finished Goods Production.
• Inventory Management.
• Product and Production Costing.
• Quality processes.
• Equipment and Maintenance processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales,
• Maintenance, and Management teams to improve and standardize business processes.

3. SAP Implementation & Improvement

• Support SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
• Participate in requirement gathering and GAP analysis.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and consultants.
• Support testing, UAT, user training, and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support data migration and validation activities when required.

4. Future SAP Upgrade / Transformation

• Have basic to good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or advanced SAP ERP systems.
• Support management in evaluating future SAP upgrade or migration
• requirements.
• Participate in SAP B1 to SAP S/4HANA or other ERP upgrade projects, if
• undertaken.
• Coordinate with implementation partners during future ERP transformation
• projects.

5. Integration & Third - Party Applications

The candidate should understand SAP integration with:

• OMS
• WMS
• E-commerce platforms
• Marketplaces
• Third-party applications
• APIs and middleware

Desired Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
• Experience in SAP implementation or major enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Manufacturing
• processes.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Pharma industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge or exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage.
• Experience in managing SAP vendors and consultants.
• Good understanding of data migration, testing, and UAT.
