- This role will work independently and in collaboration with the SAP Functional Leads and full-time employees across the organization to provide SAP support within the specific functional domain.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience, in functional design, full-cycle implementations, or application support in SAP Financial modules, namely PP, PM, SD, QA, MM.
- Hands on experience in creation of Bill of Material, Routing, Work Centre, Production Version. Creation of alternate BOM, alternate Item. Updations in existing BOM, Routing etc..
- Implementation of Quality Parameters to In-word and out-ward material.
- Support to MM / SD team in day-to-day activities.
- Should have Involved in 1 to 2 full-cycle implementations (SAP S4 HANA).
- Perform high-level functional analysis of incidents and propose solutions in collaboration with the business analysts of first level support.
- Providing Superusers training and support.
- Managing any technical issues related to connection, access etc required for reporting by itself or with the respective team.
- Participating on any testing as required by HO Support development.
- Assist in the development of user training materials and delivery prior to UAT.
- Support test planning and conduct UAT testing
- Develop the production support process, and the related reporting/query solutions
- Support & manage the process of manual data updates to the user maintained for testing and in production
- Provide production support including problem ticket resolution, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Partner with external / internal teams to develop solutions to users issues, understand customer needs, develop business requirements, issue trouble tickets to ME and communicate solution to user(s).
- Deliver presentations and drive business changes
- Support the deployment of SAP By Design features in response to business needs
- Participate in projects or lead IT implementation projects following a project management approach
- Cooperate with team members to solve support problems
- Support the team in resolving most complex requests or escalations (from business users)
- Prepare training documentation and provide training
- Provide standardization and consistency across environments - Process mapping and documentation Hardware / Networking Support.
- Should be able to handle Hardware / Network issues independently.
- Ticket raising in case of failure of any Hardware and getting the issues resolved.
- Support in industrial automation hardware / software such as PYROPS, Smart QR, CLMS etc.
- Handling Lease Line issues, Wi-Fi related issues and setup of WI-FI for new set of users etc.
- Take cere of day-to-day issues raised by user team related to CCTV Network and any other hardware / desktop software, Printers.
- Take care of internal EPABx System and user resolution.
