Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS & PMGM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions aligned with organizational learning and performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Configure Learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, and assessments
• Configure PMGM templates, performance cycles, rating scales, goals, competencies, and workflows
• Support goal alignment, performance reviews, calibration, and continuous performance processes
• Integrate LMS & PMGM with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Succession
• Handle role-based permissions (RBP) and user security
• Manage data migration, testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live support
• Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and user guides
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and custom requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM
• Experience with end-to-end implementations and support projects
• Good knowledge of SuccessFactors data models and workflows
• Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Understanding of HR processes related to learning and performance management
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Reporting (Ad Hoc, Online Report Designer)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SuccessFactors Integration Center and standard SF integrations
• Knowledge of SAP SF Compensation / Succession / CDP is an added advantage
• Exposure to SF Upgrade & Release Management
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in LMS or PMGM preferred
