Subject Matter Expert SAP L2C
Job Purpose:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) SAP L2C (Lead-to-Cash) serves as the technical expert for SAP L2C design, configuration, and delivery within the S4 Implementation project.

Main Tasks:
- Understands the business context, collects business requirements and evaluates potential solutions to cover business needs.
- Designs applicable solutions, resulting in one or many IT products, applications and features.
- Leads solution implementation and ensures adherence of technology to the business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Oversees project delivery in terms of scope, quality and usability.
- Understands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies.
- Identifies the organizational impact (on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of solutions.
- Documents all solution architecture design and analysis work. Sign-off of solution design and test scope.
- Drives estimation of effort and capacity required for the delivery.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar studies.
Process knowledge (at least 6 years)
- Extensive experience in L2C business processes
System knowledge (at least 6 years)
- Expert in SAP L2C configuration and development
- Experience with S/4 HANA as well as BTP is a plus
- Experience integrating L2C with external tools (e.g., e-invoicing or EDI platforms, BTP)
Other
- Experience in global implementation projects, e.g. global SAP template roll-outs
- Sound knowledge of validation standards in regulated industries (preferred)

- English (fluent in spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel
