Job Summary Rockwoods is looking for SAP Joule Consultants to spearhead the creation, implementation, and refinement of SAP's generative AI assistant, Joule, within various organizational workflows and SAP environments. This position is centered on fostering seamless, natural language AI interactions throughout the SAP landscape by utilizing Joule's potential in systems like S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and custom BTP extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy customized SAP Joule scenarios that address specific corporate requirements, such as financial data interpretation or HR support.
- Integrate Joule into routine operations by collaborating with SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and BTP-driven enhancements.
- Partner with corporate stakeholders to establish specific AI goals, prompt structures, and dialogue paths.
- Refine the accuracy of Joule's results using SAP Business Technology Platform resources, including SAP AI Launchpad and AI Core.
- Ensure AI interactions remain secure and relevant by syncing Joule's functionality with established user permissions and business hierarchies.
- Assist in connecting the assistant with SAP Build Work Zone, Fiori, and additional user interface platforms.
- Maintain a current understanding of the evolving SAP Joule development cycle and upcoming features.
Required Qualification and Skills
- Practical background in setting up or managing SAP Joule or equivalent enterprise-grade generative AI tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP AI Foundation, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, or related cloud services.
- Competency in managing AI context, prompt design, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP's front-end tech, including SAP Build Work Zone and Fiori.
- Capability to interface with various SAP modules, specifically Ariba, SuccessFactors, or S/4HANA.
- Prior participation in Agile workflows or design thinking methodologies is highly valued.
- Official SAP accreditation in SAP AI Core, BTP, or specific S/4HANA functional areas is preferred.
- Professional background within strictly governed sectors or prior involvement in early-stage SAP Joule pilot programs is a plus.
