  • Own and drive the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business groups, internal IT teams, and external partners to identify, evaluate, and adopt the right technology solutions aligned with the company's mission and goals.
  • Monitor and manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects sponsored by business groups ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Enforce standard methodologies, processes, and tools across all technology initiatives to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project and functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
  • Evaluate and rationalize the technology landscape, identifying redundant applications, infrastructure, and tools to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Understand the demand pipeline and work closely with resource planners to ensure appropriate capacity and capability across teams.
  • Manage complex stakeholder expectations, balancing business priorities, resource constraints, and delivery commitments.
  • Oversee IT requirements for sales and logistics functions, along with other corporate areas such as HR and finance.
  • Investigate and implement new technologies that can enhance efficiency, improve performance, or modernize existing systems within the enterprise landscape.
  • Prioritize and drive key strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance and digital maturity.
  • Define budgets and resource plans for approved initiatives and ensure financial governance.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technology requirements, preparing business requirements, functional specifications, and benefit cases in collaboration with business analysts.
  • Engage with delivery teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes for all technology projects.
  • Facilitate user acceptance and readiness, ensuring required processes, governance, and resources are in place prior to implementation.
  • Define and oversee program governance models, conducting periodic reviews to monitor progress, resolve risks, and ensure accountability.
  • Ensure business processes are optimized before automation and that solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement to ensure the sustained realization of business benefits.
  • Identify and mitigate program and operational risks, ensuring timely resolution and proactive governance.
