• Provide technical expertise in SAP IS-U system configuration, customization, and support
• Work closely with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Support integration of SAP IS-U with other enterprise systems and modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP IS-U environments
• Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization
• Ensure smooth operation of billing, meter management, and utility service processes within SAP IS-U
• Assist in data migration, testing, and deployment activities
• Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational policies
