Job Description

Experience Required:

Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP ISU Device Management (DM) on the functional side
Strong expertise in SAP Device Management configurations and data models
Proven experience working on Utility projects, especially integration with Billing (FICA) from DM
Exposure to Smart Meter reading through C4E (Cloud for Energy) solution is a plus
Experience in support projects as a Device Management Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP ISU Device Management activities in both implementation and support projects
Collaborate and interact directly with Business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues timely
Handle priority business impacting issues (P1/P2) with flexibility in working hours
Ensure smooth integration between Device Management and Billing/FICA modules
Provide functional guidance and expertise in SAP ISU DM configurations and data model
