Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide operational support and configuration management for Windows Servers.
Handle backup configuration and support routine backup validation.
Troubleshoot monitoring alerts and ensure timely resolution.
Address Identity and Access Management (IAM) queries.
Act as L2 support for application-related problems and triage issues to the respective application support teams.
Maintain IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups across Azure and local infrastructure.
Participate in IT infrastructure transformation, integration, and segregation initiatives.
Collaborate with Monitoring, Cloud, Compute, Network, and Application teams to deliver cohesive IT services.
Take ownership of incoming support requests and manage escalations.
Assist in preparing operational documentation, internal communications, and process definitions.
