Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Contract Accounting within SAP Utilities. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP ISU-FICA processes related to billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP ISU FICA modules.
• Handle end-to-end Financial Contract Accounting processes.
• Work on:
• Contract Accounts & Business Partner configuration
• Invoicing & Billing Integration
• Payments & Clearing
• Dunning & Collections
• Write-offs & Adjustments
• Security Deposits
• Installment Plans
• Refund Processing
• Integration with:
• SAP ISU Billing (CI)
• SAP CRM
• SAP FI-GL
• SAP SD
• Manage FICA master data and transaction data.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Handle enhancements, functional specifications, and testing (SIT/UAT).
• Provide production support and resolve incidents.
• Work closely with technical (ABAP) team for custom developments.
• Prepare functional documentation (FS, Config docs, Test scripts).
• Ensure compliance with utility industry regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ISU.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in SAP ISU FICA.
• Strong understanding of:
• Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA)
• Dunning & Collections process
• Payment Lot & Returns processing
• Interest calculation
• Clearing control
• Experience in integration with SAP FI and ISU Billing.
• Knowledge of utility industry processes (Electricity, Gas, Water).
• Experience in S/4HANA for Utilities is an added advantage.
• Good client communication skills.
