Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Intern to support our SAP/ERP team in daily operations, system maintenance, documentation, testing, and user support. This internship offers hands-on exposure to SAP modules, business processes, and enterprise technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SAP system support and day-to-day operational tasks
- Help document SAP business processes, workflows, and configurations
- Support testing/UAT for SAP enhancements and new developments
- Work with functional teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare reports and dashboards from SAP data as required
- Assist in user training and creation of SOPs/manuals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution
- Support SAP master data management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / pursuing degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, BBA, or related field
- Basic understanding of ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn SAP modules and business processes
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP modules like MM / SD / FICO / HCM / ABAP (optional based on need)
- Understanding of SQL / databases is an added advantage
