Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Developer to join our Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP PI, and SAP BTP platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, develop, deploy, and support complex integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users, project stakeholders, and consultants to gather and understand integration business requirements.
- Participate in integration design, development, configuration, deployment, and documentation across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Prepare detailed integration requirement documents and data mapping documents for each interface.
- Implement pre-packaged integrations between SAP or non-SAP cloud-based applications and SAP S/4HANA.
- Translate business needs into technical architecture and provide long-term and short-term integration strategy recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong integration relationships between IT and business functions.
- Work with technical teams, third-party vendors, and functional teams to perform unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across SAP CPI and related platforms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite), SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP PI, and SAP BTP platform.
- Strong experience in integration design, development, and deployment using CPI and IC.
- Expertise in building complex integration processes, integrating both cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and other applications.
- Hands-on expertise with complex mapping logic using JavaScript and Groovy Script.
- Experience configuring multiple adapters, including:
IDoc, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, Mail, OData, REST, SOAP, HTTP.
- Experience with Event Mesh and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Strong experience with SAP Cloud Connector configuration and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in building mapping logic using both standard and custom mapping functions.
- Experience implementing pre-packaged integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with global implementations from scoping to go-live and post-go-live support.
- SAP CPI certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in 12 full lifecycle implementation projects.
