What You'll Own

• End-to-End Integrations: Design, build, test, and deploy connections between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and external systems using SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, PI/PO, or your middleware of choice.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor interface jobs, logs & alerts; resolve data issues with speed and precision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Release & Upgrade Management: Lead integration impact analysis, regression testing, and seamless roll-outs during SuccessFactors releases.
• Knowledge Sharing: Document integration specs, run books, and train internal teams or clients on how it all works.

Who You Are

• A seasoned integrator with 57 years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM integrations.
• Proficient in SAP CPI/Integration Suite, XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP, IDocs, and flat-file processing.
• Familiar with SuccessFactors APIs (OData, SFAPI) and the Integration Center.
• Passionate about HR processesyou get how HR data shapes organizations.
• Excellent communicator, documenter, and problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP PI/PO.
• Exposure to EC Payroll, Employee Central replication, or SAP HCM Time & Payroll.
• Knowledge of security standards: OAuth, SAML, SFTP.
• SAP or SuccessFactors integration certifications.
