Xperteez Technology is looking for an experienced SAP IBP Manager with deep expertise in Supply Planning and Demand Planning to lead and deliver enterprise-scale SAP IBP implementations for global clients. This is a hands-on leadership role involving solution design, planning configuration, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

SAP IBP Supply Planning & Demand Planning (must-have)

Strong hands-on experience across SAP IBP modules

End-to-end planning solution ownership at enterprise scale

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, and planning profiles

Configure and manage Supply Planning scenarios including:

Finite & Infinite Supply Planning

Shelf-Life Planning

Supply Optimization

Develop and manage Alerts, Analytics, and Planner Workspaces

Lead demand and supply planning solution design aligned with business processes

Work closely with business users to translate planning requirements into IBP solutions

Support solution governance, performance optimization, and best practices

Integration & Technical Exposure

Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP IBP

Hands-on experience integrating IBP with MM / PP / SD modules

Experience with CI-DS integration, including:

Sales Orders

Stock / Inventory

Production Orders

Ideal Candidate Profile

1215 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP IBP Supply & Demand Planning

Proven experience in managerial or lead roles on SAP IBP programs

Strong functional and techno-functional understanding of planning processes

Experience working in client-facing, delivery-driven environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
