We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Lead Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes within SAP IBP. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, CPI-DS, and data integration strategies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Response & Supply).
- Design and configure SAP IBP planning models, key figures, planning areas, and algorithms.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, CPI-DS, and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Optimize forecasting and demand planning strategies using advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across SAP IBP, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and enhancements in SAP IBP.
- Provide expertise in SAP IBP Fiori Apps, Process Modeling, and Analytics Dashboards.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning and IBP solutions.
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
- Experience with SAP CPI-DS, HANA, and integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP Analytics, Fiori-based dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience in configuring planning models, key figures, and supply chain networks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
