SAP IBP Demand Lead

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP and demand forecasting processes.
• Proven track record of leading demand planning initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced consulting environment is a plus.
