Primary Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant. Location: India — On-site role focused on hands-on IBP delivery and operational support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP IBP planning areas (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP) including planning areas, key figures, and planning levels.
- Develop and maintain integrations between IBP and ERP/third-party systems using SAP CPI, OData/REST APIs and IBP Excel Add-in to automate data flows and master-data sync.
- Build key figure calculations, aggregated models and supply/demand logic; author unit and integration test cases to validate planning outputs.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues in planning runs, data loads and planning optimization; tune jobs and scheduling for reliable production performance.
- Partner with supply chain, demand planning and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate to technical specifications and support UAT and cutover activities.
- Produce technical documentation, transport requests and runbooks; provide on-site go‑live support and post‑implementation stabilization.
