SAP IBP Application Architect - Configuration & Implementation

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strong SAP IBP functional knowledge, and the ability to drive solution architecture aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Understand business requirements related to supply chain planning and translate them into SAP IBP solutions
• Design scalable, robust, and efficient SAP IBP architecture based on industry best practices
• Ensure alignment between solution design and organizational objectives

Configuration & Customization:

• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Control Tower
• Maintain planning areas, key figures, planning views, and attributes in line with business needs

Integration & Performance Optimization:

• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, and third-party systems using CPI-DS or SDI
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth data flow and real-time updates
• Identify and resolve performance and data quality issues across planning layers

Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Document all solution designs, configurations, and integration setups for future reference and support
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementations
• Provide technical and functional support to users and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 1012 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
• Hands-on experience in multiple SAP IBP implementations and configuration projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules, configuration of planning areas, time profiles, key figures, and attributes
• Experience designing end-to-end SAP IBP architecture and integration landscapes
• Proficiency in CPI-DS or SDI for integration with upstream and downstream systems
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• SAP IBP certification is preferred
