Job Description
Mandatory Skills Needed : SAP HCM US Payroll (consultant profiles), Garnishments, BSI Tax, 401K, US Benefits.
Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US
Payroll.
Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC US Payroll.
Should have worked as an SME for US payroll.
Experience in - SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll,
Tax Reporter configuration,
Experience with BSI tax factory, Third party remittance, Payroll catalog
definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage
type definition and configuration,
Off-cycle payroll definition and processing, Levy management,
Garnishments definition, reporting and management, Integration with
Benefits, Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI, Detailed
knowledge and understanding of integration with Time Management.
Experience In SAP Benefits Configuration
Experience in SAP Time Module
Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
Experience with Yearend activities, Open Enrollment, and support packs
implementation,
Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience executing parallel payroll testing
Extensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country
Willing to work US Hours Shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
