SAP HCM Professional

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to design, implement, and support SAP Human Capital Management solutions. The candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to optimize business processes, ensure system stability, and support global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects across modules like Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and Learning Management (LMS).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configurations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, payroll, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules ensuring compliance with global and local HR policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM production support issues and enhancements.
• Perform system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Assist in data migration, interfaces, and integration with third-party systems.
• Stay updated with SAP HCM latest releases, tools, and technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 611 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM consulting, implementation, or support.
• Strong expertise in core SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus.
• Good understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to configure SAP HCM to meet global and local HR needs.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting SAP HCM solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
