Job Description

We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Professional with a strong focus on Indian Payroll to join our team. You'll be a key player in understanding client requirements, delivering effective SAP HCM solutions, and guiding projects through their full lifecycle. If you have a proven track record in Indian Payroll implementations and excel at problem-solving, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver effective SAP HCM solutions, with a particular focus on Indian Payroll.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP HCM implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure the successful and seamless integration of SAP HCM with other relevant systems and modules.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on support to resolve any SAP HCM-related issues that arise.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve SAP HCM processes and solutions.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects with Indian Payroll.
