Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops for requirement gathering and coordinate with stakeholders during design and execution phases
  • Blueprint, configure, and test complete HCM process cycles
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll (India), and ESS/MSS
  • Customize Payroll schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules for client requirements
  • Facilitate integration across SAP modules and support technical teams with functional specifications
  • Conduct user training workshops and prepare documentation for HCM processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day functional issues
  • Maintain strong client interfacing and communication throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure best practices and quality standards in HCM implementations
