Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Personnel Administration professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM, specifically in managing and optimizing personnel administration processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain SAP HCM Personnel Administration module.
Configure and optimize personnel administration processes within SAP HCM.
Support data migration and integration between SAP HCM and other HR systems.
Prepare and generate reports related to personnel administration.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to employee data.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

7-11 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in SAP HCM modules, especially Personnel Administration.
Experience with data migration and SAP integration.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
