Job Description

Overview: As an Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring,

and optimizing Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management modules to meet the project management

needs of Business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business

requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful implementations that enhance project efficiency

and visibility.

Experience - Minimum 5 Years Required

Location - Chennai, Tamilnadu

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including Project Planning, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Project Execution. Configure system settings, setup flex fields, define security roles, and customize workflows to align with business requirements.
  2. Business Analysis: Analyze business's project management processes and requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and propose solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion PPM functionality.
  3. System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Fusion PPM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and Human Capital Management (HCM). Develop data migration strategies and oversee the migration of project data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion PPM.
  4. Training and Support: Conduct end-user training sessions to educate business on the use of Oracle Fusion PPM modules. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system issues and optimize user experience. Develop training materials and documentation as needed.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Oracle Fusion PPM product releases and new features. Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing configurations and processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation within project management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience (Min 5 Years) in implementing Oracle Fusion PPM modules in a consulting environment.

• Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion PPM configuration and customizations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Oracle Fusion PPM certification(s) desired
