SAP HCM - Payroll Consultant

Job Description:

• We are looking for a motivated SAP HCM Consultant with 1 2 years of experience and hands on exposure to the Payroll module
• The ideal candidate should have basic configuration knowledge and a good understanding of HR and payroll processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SAP HCM Payroll module India Global payroll as applicable
• Assist in payroll processing schema and PCR understanding
• Handle employee master data payroll inputs and validations
• Provide support for payroll execution reconciliation and reporting
• Work on time management integration with payroll
• Assist in issue resolution testing and system enhancements
• Support month end payroll activities and statutory compliance
• Work closely with HR and finance teams for requirement gathering

Technical Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM modules PA OM Payroll
• Understanding of payroll processing steps and configurations
• Familiarity with schemas PCRs and wage types
• Knowledge of statutory compliance PF ESI TDS preferred for India payroll
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
