Job Description
Basic knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll) Understanding of payroll processing steps and configurations Familiarity with schemas, PCRs, and wage types Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS – preferred for India payroll) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills
Support and maintain SAP HCM Payroll module (India/Global payroll as applicable) Assist in payroll processing, schema, and PCR understanding Handle employee master data, payroll inputs, and validations Provide support for payroll execution, reconciliation, and reporting Work on time management integration with payroll Assist in issue resolution, testing, and system enhancements Support month-end payroll activities and statutory compliance Work closely with HR and finance teams for requirement gathering
Experience- 1-2 yrs Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 30days
