SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant located in Chennai. The consultant will be responsible for managing and executing SAP HCM payroll processes. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining payroll systems, troubleshooting payroll issues, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and generating payroll reports. The consultant will collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll operations and improve data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll configuration and management
• Experience with payroll compliance and regulations
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues
• Proficiency in generating and interpreting payroll reports
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, having integration knowledge with time management , minimum 1 or 2 end to end implementation.
• Experience in training users on payroll system functionalities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
