SAP HCM On Premise ABAP

• Responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP applications.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for the SAP HCM ABAP development team.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members for the successful delivery of projects.
• Designs and develops custom SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP solutions in accordance with best practices and client requirements.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Ensures seamless integration of SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Applies expertise in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, and Web Dynpro for ABAP.
• Keeps abreast of the latest trends and updates in SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP technologies.
• Maintains high coding standards and adheres to quality assurance procedures and development methodologies.
• Ensures timely delivery of solutions while maintaining performance, scalability, and system reliability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM On-Premise ABAP development.
• Strong background in SAP HCM ABAP modules and functionality.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful SAP HCM ABAP solutions across multiple projects.
• Experience in general SAP ABAP development is an added advantage.
