We have an urgent opening for : SAP HCM Functional Consultant( US payroll)

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Location: Bangalore, PAN India Office ( 5days , WFO )

Notice Period: Immediate joiner to Early joiners

Employment type : Full time & Permanent role

Mandatory skills: Functional , SAP HCM , US Payroll

Job Description -

Total Experience 5 - 10 years of experience in SAP HCM

2 Plus years of experience in implementing/supporting SAP HCM US Payroll with minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementations.

Strong expertise in Schema/PCR

SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll

Tax Reporter configuration.

Experience with BSI tax factory.

Third party remittance

Payroll catalogue definition including wage type definition and configuration.

Off cycle payroll definition and processing

Garnishment definition, reporting and management. Payroll integration with 3rd party systems such as Workday

etc.
