We are looking for an experienced
SAP HCM Functional Consultant with ECC experience to support core HR processes and integrations. The consultant will handle
Organization Management, Personnel Administration, and partial Payroll support, along with managing integrations with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Organization Management (OM)
- Configure OM objects and infotypes.
- Act as a functional consultant for OM-related developments.
- Manage integrations of OM data with third-party systems.
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Configure Personnel Areas, Subareas, and country-specific settings.
- Handle ad-hoc queries and reporting configurations.
- Provide functional support for PA processes.
- Payroll (Partial Support)
- Maintain pay periods (US).
- Configure wage types and work schedules across countries.
- Integrations
- Support integrations such as Xceleration, Data Warehouse (DW) interfaces, etc.
- Taleo Integration
- Monitor and support SAP Taleo integrations via Staffeto.
- Ensure smooth data flow and troubleshoot integration issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP HCM (ECC) with focus on OM and PA.
- Basic/working knowledge of Payroll processes.
- Experience in handling SAP integrations and third-party systems.
- Exposure to Taleo integration (Staffeto) is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
