Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM solutions and will be responsible for implementing and supporting various HCM processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Support end-users with day-to-day operational issues related to SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP HCM modules to ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and support to users on SAP HCM functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP HCM processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM module.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes including Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
