• Good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Understanding of infotypes, actions, and dynamic actions
• Experience in support and/or implementation projects
• Basic knowledge of Payroll and Time Management integration
• Good communication and stakeholderhandling skills

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
• Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM roadmap
• Experience in data migration and testing cycles
• Prior experience in global HR environments
