SAP HCM Consutant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Canadian payroll, core HCM, and benefits configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and full lifecycle implementation of SAP HCM modules. Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces, PA/OM/Time Management, and integration with Workday or third-party systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll (Canada), Benefits, and Pension.
• Analyze, design, configure, and document solutions including Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS).
• Configure Time Management, PA (Dynamic Actions), OM, and manage payroll schemas/PCRs according to business requirements.
• Lead integration efforts and manage inbound and outbound interfaces with SAP and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to implement business logic and resolve technical issues.
• Work with development teams to test and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend and deliver HR solutions.
• Support interfaces for payroll, benefits, and compensation.
• Provide guidance on best practices and support end-to-end HCM implementations.
